Blixx Gaming is an ambitious online casino operator building a serious presence in Estonia. We move fast, back bold ideas with real budget, and we are now looking for a person who can own the Estonian market; not just manage it. If you know Estonian players inside-out, think in strategy, and get excited about how AI is reshaping digital marketing, this is the role for you.
THE ROLE
You are the market owner. You hold the P&L for Estonia, set the roadmap, and drive results across acquisition, retention, and brand. You will work with central teams such as Casino, CRM, VIP and Affiliation, but Estonia is yours.
You will be expected to bring a sharp local perspective, make fast decisions, and use AI-driven tools to outpace the competition.
Estonian Market Strategy
- Own the full Estonian marketing plan: budget, KPIs, priorities for the market; all aligned to commercial targets (FTD, NGR, LTV, ARPU etc).
- Be the internal authority on Estonia: player behaviour, cultural nuances, seasonality and competitor moves. Build a localised brand voice that connects with Estonian players and holds up under regulatory scrutiny. Monitor and present market-level performance to senior leadership with clear, actionable insight.
Player Acquisition
- Partner closely with the Senior Affiliate Manager to grow and strengthen Estonian affiliate relationships. Drive quality Estonian-language traffic; ensure commission structures (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid) are optimised and compliant.
- Support PPC and paid media campaigns calibrated to the Estonian market.
Retention, CRM & VIP
- Lead the CRM and VIP function for Estonian players; from first deposit through to long-term loyalty. Design a high-touch, personalised VIP experience for Estonian high-value segment.
- Champion continuous testing and optimisation across all communication channels.
- Hold the team to hard KPIs: open rates, click-throughs, reactivation rates, churn, and bonus ROI.
Casino Oversight
- Collaborate with the Casino Manager to shape game promotion, bonus mechanics, tournaments, and free spin campaigns tailored to Estonian players.
- Analyse game performance data to direct promotional spend by game type, supplier, and segment.
Compliance & Responsible Gambling
- Ensure all activity meets Estonian Advertising and Consumer Protection Board standards.
- Embed responsible gambling protocols into all player journeys, treat player safety as a brand differentiator and not a checkbox.
What we need from you?
- Proven Estonian market expertise; you understand local player psychology, what works, and what doesn’t.
- 5+ years in online casino marketing, with hands-on ownership of a market or product P&L.
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to execute.
- Strong CRM instincts; data-led lifecycle thinking is second nature to you.
- Affiliate and performance marketing literacy: you know how to build and manage partner ecosystems. Genuine curiosity about AI; you are already using AI tools in your workflow or actively exploring them; you see AI as a competitive edge in personalisation, campaign optimisation, and content.
- Fluent in Estonian and English; able to lead localisation to a native standard.
- Compliance mindset; you know the EMTA framework and operate within it without being reminded. Experience with platforms such as Optimove, Cellexpert, or equivalent is a strong plus.
